What is Zumba?
An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
Do I need to know how to dance?
No. Even though Zumba is dance-based workout, the whole premise of the class is watching and copying movements. So, you can not only not know how to dance when you begin, but you might pick up some cool new moves while you’re at it!
What if I can't keep up?
That is perfectly OK! Just do what you can at your own pace! Keep coming back and you’ll be amazed at how much more you can do each and every class. Before you know it you’ll be knocking out the whole routine without a hitch.
Can I share a pass with a friend?
Absolutely! In fact it is done regularly. Buy a month long pass (16 classes) and share with your bestie. You would each get 2 weeks of classes for even cheaper than the weekly passes. Smart way of going about it. Cards will be punched once for each person participating in a class.
Sounds fun, but I think I'd be too embarrassed...
